I just received this pressure washer and assembled it right away - a 10-15 minute job. I proceeded to test it on some old and filthy concrete and was surprised by how powerful it is. In addition, it's significantly quieter than a gas-powered version that had been used several days ago to do some cleaning around the house by a hired hand. Never having used one of these pressure washers before, I quickly became addicted to how readily it made light work of removing grime. In fact, using the green or red nozzle placed very close to the concrete (1 or 2 inches) will actually remove a skim coat from the concrete - I could tell this because it produced the same smell of grinding concrete as when I've ground concrete using an angle grinder. So be careful if that's not your intention - keep sufficient distance between nozzle and the work surface. The motor's rated at 14 A and I've had no problem running the pressure washer continuously for about 30 mins from a 15 A GFCI receptacle. The high-pressure hose is somewhat stiff and I wonder whether a more flexible hose rated for such a high pressure is available. But so far, I can recommend this very highly!

I finally took the plunge and bought my own pressure washer—the Westinghouse WPX3400e Electric Pressure Washer—and I have to say, it’s great! Living in California, where the availability and selection of gas-powered pressure washers is very limited, I decided to go electric, and honestly, the trade-off in convenience with this model makes it totally worth it.I’ve rented gas-powered units in the past, and while they have higher water volume and greater cleaning efficiency, renting one here costs over $100 a day. That always meant feeling like I had to cram every possible pressure-washing task into one exhausting day just to get my money’s worth. By the end, I’d be dog tired, and there was always more I could have done. Now, with my WPX3400e, I can clean whenever I feel like it without any hassle. Out of the box assembly was super simple—took about 10 minutes with just a Phillips-head screwdriver. Setup for use is a breeze—just connect the hoses, plug it in, and turn it on—it’s always ready. And putting it away is equally hassle-free—just disconnect the hoses and unplug it, and you’re done—no worries about adding fuel stabilizers or gas degrading and gumming up a carburetor, no oil to change. It has plenty of power for what I need, and I’ve been really impressed with how well it performs. So far, I’ve washed our cars, and while it doesn’t completely replace the hand-wash step, it makes the process much easier and faster. I’ve also used it on our patio furniture, and it’s so much better than hand scrubbing and spraying with a garden hose. And my deck? I’ve started on it, and it works great! The best part? I don’t have to kill myself trying to do everything in one day. I can knock out a section at a time whenever it’s convenient. And I know I’m just scratching the surface of uses, but I’ve only had it a week.If you're looking for a solid electric pressure washer, the Westinghouse WPX3400e is definitely worth considering. It has great power, easy setup, and the convenience of electric without feeling like you’re sacrificing performance. Definitely recommend!

It's electric. Wasn't expecting much compared to my gas powered 3500psi pressure washer (PW). This is actually pretty good. I bought it for the purpose of washing cars. I enjoy washing cars and with my wife and kids here and me having a Jeep for off roading I do a lot of car washing. Easy on/off. My foam cannon worked well even with the low quality soap I used. The spinning spray nozzle it comes with is nice and worked well on removing bugs. Assembly was super easy. No cracks, no leaks, not heavy. If I had to pick one thing to complain about....it would be the hose....but it's standard that everything comes with. Plus I used it in the cold so the hose may have been more stiff than normal. I have already recommended this product to a few friends looking for electric PW's. Oh, I love that it comes with a parts list. I assume this means I can order parts if I ever need to repair.
