Organic Wheat Berries Microgreen Seeds:
These organic microgreen seeds for growing wheatgrass are the Hard Red Spring variety which has an incredible germination rate and produces wheatgrass with thick blades and very even growth. It has the familiar intense sweetness that wheatgrass is known for. Wheatgrass is often used for juicing.
Easy Growing Directions:
✔ SEED – Spread dry seeds evenly on thoroughly moistened soil or a soil-less growing medium inside a germination tray. Cover with a black-out lid to keep light out and moisture in.
✔ MOISTEN – Mist or lightly moisten twice a day, allowing access water to drain off. Remove lid as soon as first leaves begin to show and place in a well-lit location.
✔ ENJOY – Harvest with scissors or sharp knife, when leaves are open. Tip: cut only what you need and allow rest to keep growing till about day 10. Microgreens have the maximum amount of health benefits when eaten as close as possible to harvest time.

The seed are good quality. I grow my own Wheatgrass that I use for my morning smoothly. My also eat the Wheatgrass and love it.
