This product is a small scrabble version that is not good for an older person with dementia. Have tried to return product as it's a loop and there is no way to initiate a return.Don’t buy as this is a terrible seller on Amazon where you can return a product.

Just the job. Nice chunky tiles, don't feel at all fragile, neither does the board. Had the original many, many decades ago and it was always frustrating when the tiles started to degrade and lose their pegs. This revamp has been turned on its head and the pegs are actually little bobbles on the board, so that won't happen now. The box isn't as strong as they were in the olden days, but I think that doesn't really matter. Excellent. Quick delivery too.

I play Scrabble mostly at home and find the small tiles a little difficult to handle. It is an advantage to have the tiles locked in to prevent sliding. However they constantly slip out of my fingers. I like the previous board that folds in half, making it easier to put the tiles back in the bag

Awesome, arrived quick. For a 40$ scrabble set , it definitely is a good bang for your buck.A little smaller than anticipated , plastic letter trays and board are a bit on the cheaper side ... but again, for the price point , I am certainly satisfied .Many scrabble games to come !-Chris
