was a bit large at first , the doors was really difficult to clip ( heatmax furnace) but after a week it was okay! . I do recommend.

Was easy to install. My door was a little tight the first few fires but seems to have compressed well. Works like the original which lasted 10 years.

Got the correct size for my stove (7/8") and had it installed in a few minutes. Now the woodstove door seals perfectly and controlling the air intake is assured with no more leaks around the door edge. The small piece of tape to seal the joint in the rope is an extra touch that my last kit did not have.

Make sure to take of the stove's door and lay flatclean out old seal (screw driver/sand paper)cut a little extra ( 1/2" - 3/4" say) than dry fit for the rope - you can scrunch in and it will be a better fitcalk all around in gasket channeltape down beginning of rope and wrap around, tape end when finished and if you need other areas as you go (lay in slowly, tape as you go - less messydries within the day, ready for a fire the next (remove tape of course.
