I find the Work Sharp knife sharpener simple to use and the results are very sharp knives in our kitchen. The System does not require any special skills.

I have both the standard and the Ken Onion editions of the sharpener and the belts for the Ken Onion are much stronger and a bit wider. There is a 6000 grit but it is the same belt as in the standard edition. But, it does work and these belts should last much longer.

Es la banda de grano más grueso para la máquina WORK SHARP wskts Schärfgerät Knife and Tool SharpenerEsta sirve para dar filo cuándo no hay posibilidad de que la hoja corte prácticamente nada. Incluso para dar filo a una hoja de acero que no tiene ninguno.Con un grano P80 es la más abrasiva de las tres de esta marca y para esta máquina y se puede ver la cantidad de material que saca viendo las chispas que provoca al arrancar ese material.Yo solo la utilizo sobre navajas o cuchillos que sabes que te puedes pasar por encima de la palma de la mano sin cortarte, para cualquier cosa que todavía corte un poco uso la de grano medio, P220.

Bandas necesarias para afilar los cuchillos ceramicos. Funcionan de lujo y dejan el cuchillo bien afilado. Por ponerle un pero seria que tienen pinta de gastarse pronto, pero por otro lado yo afilo los cuchillos de ceramica una vez cada 2 años.
