Bought this shower set last fall but just got around to installing it last month. It was fairly simple to install (I had a plumber install the valve, I did the rest. Needed help from my adult son to tighten the pipe in the wall though, do not use tools or it will scratch).It looks really nice and the flow is pretty decent. The hose for the shower head is easy to manage, doesn't kink or tangle. All in all, it's a big improvement over what we had.

Make sure to do your homework so you're aware of the size of piping and how far it is sticking out from the wall unfortunately, this one did not work for us and we want to send it back. But we were able to find a style that work in black and I am much happier with that

I liked how the product was packaged. It was neat and organized. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The product was easy to install. You should be a plumber or a good handyman to install this product. The average person would probably have a hard time. The product looks and feels great. The water handle is easy to use. The shower head is great. I really like the water spray and pressure it gives out.Yes, I would buy this product again.I highly recommend this product.I give it a five out of five.

It came packaged really well, and it is obviously really good quality. We are really happy with it overall, it is sleek and well-made. However, the shower head is not metal but ABS plastic. Regardless, we are happy with it and don't intend on returning it. The price is great for something that is obviously such good quality.Warning though- the valve is not compatible with anything else you could get on the market so you would have to break the wall and replace the valve down the road unless you bought another one from this company.

My old faucet handle was becoming undone and the diverter to turn on the shower was getting to the point where it was constantly getting stuck on or off, so we needed to replace the system. We wanted something that had a detachable shower head to replace the one we had originally too, and this one has that feature. We went to a couple of hardware stores prior to this purchase and there weren't many options that looked this good and came with all the components I needed. The wrisin system is working way better than I expected. For such a great price you are getting a system that has a handle that moves like butter, the diverter is also easy to operate, the water pressure is very good, and it happens to look good too. Also, it was nice to see that it came packaged extremely well with fitted foam around all the various parts, so nothing was scratched or dented. I'm very happy with this faucet set.

We decided to replace our old shower system with this one. It was affordable and fit our color scheme. Plumbing is not my thing but it was very easy to put in and it works perfectly and I almost couldn't be happier. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I noticed a drop in water temperature after installing. The hot water wasn't quite as hot as it was and there's a way to adjust it, which I did but that's a whole other thing in itself. I would recommend.

I love this new shower/tub fixture! I was happy to finally find this great looking shower / tub fixture which took some searching to find in black, which I needed to complete the updates to a recently remodeled bathroom. I live in an older farmhouse and one of bathrooms has a tub and shower combination. I also needed a shower head that was detachable for conveniently washing the shower/tub and occasionally washing our dog. It took some searching to find a fixture set in the color I needed, black, that had EVERY feature I needed including: the shower spout, a detachable hand held shower head, the round single handle for adjusting hot and cold water & tub spout with pull knob style for engaging the shower. The addition of this shower /tub fixture beautifully completes the recent renovation to my bathroom! I am very please with both the appearance and the quality of the fixtures. I love the 5 spray options on the shower head, including the water pause option which I use to save a lot of water! This fixture set is a high quality product and is predominantly metal not plastic and works beautifully. This new fixture replaced the brass fixtures installed over 20 years ago, in a bathroom though remodeled several times was originally build over 70 years ago. Thus, I had my favorite plumber install this new fixture. There were many pieces and steps to install in this shower/tub fixture set which he was able to do without much difficulty in an hour or so . I am not a plumber so I can't confirm if a DIYer could do this project but the installation directions are very detailed with diagrams and step by step explanations - which appear to describe every step in the process. I also love that the fixture comes with a 5 YEAR warranty so be sure to save your order number and receipt. Overall I am very happy with my new shower/tub fixture and I would definitely recommend this product to a friend !
