It does exactly as advertised. As long as you have space in your shoes for the desired level, it's comfy and doesn't break after many wears!

Broke my leg and was in a boot so gait was off...this did the trick..they are very comfortable and they make me walk perfectly again. Beats ruining a hip thats a for sure.

I use the smallest of all of these inserts and it didn’t fit my shoes. They were too high and made my foot stick out of the shoe.

I used to have some of these years ago. Love them..messed them up when I cut them to my feet size back then, so I definitely did things differently this time around. Fits great, feels great, and best of all i can go in any of my shoes giving me from extra height to just right as needed♡

Great product. Except that it won’t directly add the full thickness to your height. So, the 6cm won’t really add 6cm to your final height. It just raises your heel part and not your whole feet. Plus, compression. That 6cm insole will only be adding 3-4cm to your height.

The idea is good but the insole does not fit in to most of the shoes. A bit harder in material than expected. I have returned it with disappointment
