I've been wearing Sole insoles for years now, but this is my first pair of this thin one. It's also, i think, my 9th set of Sole insoles, as i keep them in multiple shoes (as well as my skates and ski boots). I put these thin ones in a pair of Fluvog boots i got recently, and now the boots are as comfortable as every other pair of footwear that has the insoles. I should mention that I teach hockey school every summer, and spend about 5 hours every morning in my skates for a week straight (I'm also 55 yrs old, so my arches aren't like they used to be). I used to be in agony within 5 min on the ice before i decided to try the Sole insole in my skates (the red insoles, which are also in my runners - i have run marathons on these insoles), and after using the insoles I felt like i just stepped on the ice after 5 hours. I should also add that i haven't needed to actually replace any of my insoles yet - i have purchased so many because I like to leave them in certain shoes, and because i wear a different size shoe for distance running. I hope this information is helpful, and that if you choose to try them they are as helpful for you as they have been for me.

I've used superfeet for years to fix my foot pronation, and these are better. These are very thin so they take up less volume in the shoes. Haven't re-shaped them with heat but I will gently add arch height if necessary, if knee pain returns. Fit is true to size.

I don't use these for everyday shoes or even backpacking boots but I've used these insoles on all my mountaineering boots over the last 12 years. They made a HUGE difference in how comfortable my first pair of boots were so I've stuck with them ever since. I just bought these for a new pair of ski boots and figured I'd try them in those and they have made a nice difference. I heat molded the ones for all my other boots but didn't make the time to do it on these before using them and they are fine. Heat molding is super easy though so I may take them out and do that soon. I like that these are one piece and don't have a separate heel plate attached like Superfeet as well.

I have been using these orthotics for years. One pair needs to be replaced, so I ordered 2 pairs so I have to switch them less often.

These are my favorite insoles. I've used them for years. They are supportive but not too hard and they have different cushioning thicknesses depending on the shoe type. I use these in sneakers and the thick cushioned ones in hiking boots. For my foot's long arch I have to buy a few sizes bigger than my shoe size, and then cut them down. For my first pair, I tried the oven option to mold them. But for subsequent pairs I found that just putting them right into my shoe was good enough and it would mold to my feet over time.I would recommend trying these in a local store first if you have that option. Many running stores and a certain outdoor store chain usually have them with trial stations set up for you to find your fit. Buying your shoe size might not give you the arch support you need, but you won't know that until you try them out. They are built in a way that they are meant to be cut down to fit your shoe.

I love these for the support but they tend to get stinky if you don’t wear socks and they are not so easy to clean.

Use these in my athletic cleats. They are very supportive of the arch, were easy to mold to my foot and really add extra comfort when I'm moving around the field.

I got to try my new pair out this last weekend. I got the thins for my ski boots. I did NOT put them in an oven or anything like that, I just used them. Here is my take:I was very impressed with the overall comfort. I was very happy with the level of arch support, as skiing is tough on the feet.I basically will recommend them for people looking to support their arches, but I would not suggest them for adding any cushion, they really don't. I will try them with the original insoles next time, since I think that will help with shock absorption.I do recommend them over not using anything. The first few times I wore my boots, my feet hurt quite a lot. I think not having an arch support while cranking down on the boot bindings is stressful, so these help to counter that. I will definitely keep them and will use them a lot.

This is essentially the same review I've submitted for every style of Sole inserts/footbeds that I have tried. I've tried four styles and I love them all. even the thinnest ones offer excellent arch support so they all work well for me.Got these after suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. They were perfect. I first discovered them in 2016 and haven't worn shoes without putting Sole footbeds in them ever since. Except... I did purchase new shoes recently and ordered new Sole inserts for them but they hadn't arrived yet. I went for a few long walks and very short jogging without them and started getting foot pain. when the Sole inserts arrived I had no more problems. They have excellent arch support. I saw a reviews that say "Life Changing" and "Miracle" which may sound extreme but I fell pretty much the same way. I had custom inserts made for me through the VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) . I tried them for a while and they were better than nothing but I ended up taking them out and using the Sole inserts in every shoe I own. It's good to take them with you when you try on shoes. I have tried the thick, medium, and thin versions of Sole inserts and use all three depending on how much room there is in the shoe. I highly recommend all of the Sole Inserts (Footbeds). They are well worth the investment and will spare your feet from lots of pain. I have tried heat molding them but prefer to just put them in and let them mold naturally to my feet. They last a long time. I've really never worn any out to the point that I through them away. I just bought new ones because I felt like I'd had them so long and moved the older ones to shoes that I rarely wear. I love this product.
