I have previously used Superfeet Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis relief and found them effective. Wanting more insoles for different shoes, I explored other arch-supporting options and discovered SOLE. I bought these to ease my plantar fasciitis symptoms. They did not work; I have the same amount of pain while walking/standing as before. Will be returning.EDIT 01/17/25: After a consultation with my physiotherapist, it turns out I have nerves damage instead, which are exacerbated by orthothic devices made to cure PF like this one. I changed my review to 5 stars because I don’t want to hurt a company that makes products people with a true PF seem to appreciate.

I have been using this brand of insoles for at least the last 10 years of my life. I use to be able to buy them at Marks Work Wharehouse but they no longer sell so I buy them on Amazon now. I have size 13 feet and I never have to mold them to my because I already have deep arches.The chiropract recently told me that I had better feet than my brother and thought that was odd. I told him that I would have to credit to Sole insoles for that.They also have a great life span and sometimes will outlast my work boats that I have to wear everyday.

I have had these insoles for a month now. I am not someone who needs a hump on the side of my foot for support which is what these had. It was weird feeling at first but not painful and it will take about 3-4 days of walking around to break them in. I really like these insoles now and they are my favorite pair out of the other brands I've tried, Columbia, Super feet, Currex. Definitely recommend if you don't want to keep re-buying cheaper ones that give out, these are thick enough to last it seems. Will update review in a few months.

I have plantar fasciitis and these foot beds allow me to have the proper support I need in my shoes. It is not necessary to pay crazy money for custom orthotics because these are awesome.

I have been wearing steel toed boots in the trades for decades now, and SOLE insoles make work boots the most comfortable over any other insert I have tried; not so much with cushioning (not even with the thick style), they work wonders for arch support of my flat feet . I would advise against heating them in an oven before using for the first time, as I have always had the best success by just putting them in new boots, making them only a bit uncomfortable for part of the first day, just like a new footwear break-in period. These SOLE insoles have always lasted the life of a pair of work boots, and often beyond where they can be moved down to, say, a pair of hiking boots; a new pair of work boots always gets a new pair of SOLEs with me. The 'active thick' style are also great for EE width boots, as I once even tried them in a pair of overpriced and uncomfortable CAT boots in regular D width, where they literally wore holes thru the sides!

Bought to resolve an issue with the left insole on a pair of size 10.5 Oboz Sawtooth hiking boots. The arch on the right boot was fine but the arch on the left boot was hitting me too far back towards my heel and made the boots uncomfortable. I tried these and they were significantly thicker than the Oboz insoles so they didn’t quite work. Ultimately sold the 10.5s and bought size 11s, which definitely improved the arch situation. Played around and decided to put these in the new 11s and, although they are still thicker than the original Oboz insoles, the arch now feels even better. Good product and had no issues heating them in the oven. I’d recommend trying the Medium thickness first, rather than the Thick, if using in hiking boots.

I'm about two weeks into these and loving them. I bought 4 different brands to try and I don't dare try any of the others, at least not yet. A very good product and feels very good. I think it's rearranging the bones in my foot, which I'm hoping is good. These are firm and have good arch support and are by far the best I received, including super feet orange. I wish the arch support went further forward. It's strong in the back but I could use more in the front. But these are by far the best!

***UPDATE***If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service is not horrible, it's non-existent. Emailed sole directly who admitted it was a defect in manufacturing and to contact the seller on Amazon for help. I showed them a screenshot that they were the seller and they said they're Amazon team would help. So I contacted them here. They also claimed not to have my order number and therefore would not help me. After 3 days, 5 emails, 4 messages , and tons of frustration, I am still stuck with these defective insoles and SOLE refuses to make it right. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I cannot believe these people are still in business with this product and atrocious customer service. BUYER BEWARE. I have went ahead and bought SUPER FEET GREEN insoles and those are working great.Original review:So the Instructions on the box say to bake 2 to 3 minutes at 200⁰, then palace in the shoes so they mold to your foot. Followed the directions exactly, opened the door as the timer beeped and the left insole was ruined. Look at the pictures for reference.I have emailed the company and will update this review once I get a response, but for now 1*. Can't even wear them.I will say, prior to baking they felt really comfy, I was very excited to have them molded to my foot and am super bummed this happened, especially because these aren't cheap.
