Wer sich die negativen Bewertungen anschaut, erkennt das Problem schnell:Die Yale-Schlösser werden verkauft, aber es gibt verschiedene Yale-Gesellschaften.Der Yale-Support der Website von Yale sagt, dass Yale nichts auf Amazon verkauft.Ein Kauf des Schlosses sollte daher ausschliesslich über die offizielle Yale-Website und nicht über Amazon erfolgen.Auch werden über Amazon Schlösser in alle Länder verkauft, obwohl diese nur in einzelnen Regionen funktionieren. Der Einbau war komplex, es musste zusätzlich gebohrt werden, die einzelnen Schritte waren schwierig und der Support sagte am Ende, dass die Verbindung nicht funktioniert, da über Amazon gekauft wurde.

Tenia cita con el carpintero para venir a instalar estas chapas de seguridad, hicieron las perforaciones en las puertas, instalaron el producto siguiendo todas las especificaciones y al momento de querer programar la chapa no conectaba con el celular después de 1 hora de las distintas formas de intento para registrar el producto en la aplicación. Terminamos marcamos a Yale Mexico para que nos dijeran que este producto no es compatible aqui en Mexico. Mi puerta tiene ya las perforaciones de acuerdo al tamaño de esta chapa y es un error que por no especificar yo tendré que absorber.

Wifi connection frequently drop, doorsense frequently not working and need to be calibrated over and over again. Door frequently unlocked due to above reasons and it is not reliable at all

SO I like this product. Functions great for what I need, looks good too.SOOOOOO bad on batteries. Previously we owned a different brand, but same basic functionality and AA batteries needed to be changed 1 x a year.I change these probably 1 x a MONTH.To the point I am actually thinking about replacing them.

The Yale Assure Lock 2 is awesome for key-free convenience and has worked smoothly for me overall. The keypad is responsive, and setup with Wi-Fi was easy. My only issue is battery life—there’s no clear way to tell when they’re running low, so I’ve been stuck outside more than once when they suddenly died. I kind of regret not getting the model with a key backup. Other than that, it’s a great lock that adds a lot of security and style to my door.

Deberían de especificar que este producto no se puede configurar con las app disponibles en México, en todo caso solo funciona como cerradura pero no con conectividad

La cerradura está genial, el único conflicto es que la app no funciona aquí en México, así que solamente la podemos usar con los códigos
