The PSR-EW310 has everything you need in a starter keyboard, with 76 keys for the more serious piano beginner. With USB to HOST audio and MIDI connectivity, it's easy to expand the capabilities of your instrument by interfacing with creative or educational apps on your iOS device or computer. 11 Super Articulation Lite Voices (SALite), inherited from the powerful PSR-S models, are now included, which give you even greater expressive, real time, control (e.g. String Scratches/Guitar Slide noise), adding to the realism of the Voice. On-board lesson functions, including the new Touch Tutor, help to supplement regular piano lessons. For fun, plug in your portable music player to the AUX Input and use the melody suppressor to soften the lead vocal so you can sing and play along with your favorite tunes.

Yamaha products never disappoint. I am just starting out to learn the keyboard and did a decent amount of research before making my purchase. This keyboard ranked as one of the best affordable beginner keyboards. I have been using the keyboard for roughly 6 months and have no complaints. It is easy to operate, sounds great and is a very light, portable instrument. If you are looking for a reasonably priced keyboard I suggest you give this one a try.

The Yamaha keyboard was recommended for having a great reputation and thus far we are pleased with it. My grandson is enjoying his piano lessons…

I like everything about this Yamaha KB. I am wonderfully happy about the receiving of this item. The only thing was the delivery, It took so long and no tracking information. But the seller was very patient with me as I was anxious to receive it. He was always kind in his correspondence. Thank you SELLER! Good Job.

I returned 2 of these and blew a couple of days unboxing, testing, calling the help line, repacking and shipping them back to Amazon. The first one had 4 bad keys and a faulty stand. The 2nd unit had the same 4 bad keys--G#, A, A# and B. They sounded dull and didn't ring clearly like the rest.So I ordered a Casio WK 6600 which arrived today. All the keys were fine, and the unit has many more features justifying the additional $100.Furthermore, the stand that was included in the Yamaha bundle was defective in two ways: 1) one of the hex mounding screws has a bad weld was would not tighten and 2) the screws were composed of a soft alloy, causing bout the threads and the head to strip. This kind of cheap material and poor workmanship should never have been packaged with an instrument of Yamaha's high standing.I never thought I'd be saying Yamaha has a quality problem. (Maybe this is the result of robots and artificial intelligence?)

After many years of not playing I bought this keyboard in hopes of regaining my level of playing. The sound qualities are pretty good but the plastic keys are noisy which detracts from the sound. I am also disappointed that there is no way to connect my Apple MacBook Pro to this device since the drivers listed are all Windows and not for Mac. I can't use Garage Band on my Mac so I wouldn't buy this if you own a Apple devise. Also the organ does not sound like any organs I have ever played. The organ sounds more like a electronic sound to it than a real organ.
