It doesn't spray well at all, leaks all over your hands after a couple of squeezes. Get the larger format and your own spray bottle. Other than that liquid is effective and works well.

I was a little skeptical about buying this yoga mat cleaner but it surpassed my expectations. It cleans my mat thoroughly leaving it look like brand new. And it doesn't have any strong perfume smells which I greatly appreciate. It just smells clean. I liked it so much I ordered the gallon jug of the cleaner so I can refill as needed. The only criticism is that it's very difficult to tell if the spout is off or on. I have to get the magnifying glass to see it. If only they put a green symbol so you know it's ready to spray and a red symbol so you know it can't spray. Otherwise, highly recommended for yoga lovers.

We have a home gym and love this spray for cleaning equipment and yoga mats. It’s got a nice large spray (not a mist, more powerful) making cleaning fast and less strenuous on the hands compared to small mist bottles most places carry. Took off a star as the scent isn’t anything special (like shampoo, whereas we prefer a spa/yoga studio scent). Overall, would recommend!

I use my yoga mat every day and only by myself but still want to keep it clean from dust or and bacteria getting in touch with my skin for 30 minutes. Usually, I spray it before I change clothes, then let it dry. So far I have used it for a month, pretty good. Will restock it.
