Our 14 yo is loving this! Husband installed two swivel hooks on ceiling so she alternate using one or two depending on how she wants to use it .

Most hinges and door frames are not intended to hold the weight of a person. The instructions show a person suspended from the stretching strap, but you would need special construction to support that.

This would not work on most interior doors. The door had too much flex, and the stress would have broken it. As well, there was a risk of the straps pulling through.Had to install on an exterior door and because of this the door now has to be pushed closed very hard and does not seal properly. There is nowhere to clip the am straps onto properly. Needs to have a ring or something for them to be connected to. Functions as it is supposed to I guess, but extremely hard to use

Though I have only used it once, it works to help stretch, esp my neck which is where I need it.The directions to put it together, are very poor however - but I got it done
