I bought this strap to help me manage my daily stretch routine. It does the job. I can easily use it to stretch my arms, legs, calves, and arches. I do wish it had some stretch to it however.

This is really well made. I can say this because while I was using it, my German Shepherd decided to pull on it with all his might, while I still had my foot in one end of it.That aside, this has helped me to improve flexibility a LOT, especially after dealing with health issues that reduced mobility for a while.

Better than using a belt because you can pull with both your wrists and fingers, preventing fatigue. It's also wide enough to not cut into your foot.

It does the same job as the nylon stretch belts, and I highly recommend it if you have knee problems or sit on a chair all day to keep your psoas and hips loose.
