I have this on a Matt I use at home. Great for staying in place to protect the Matt, bit it’s not soft and you can feel the bumps.Bottom line, good to protect your Matt but not for comfort.

I found I like this towel much more than the style that hooks onto the corners of your Matt as it doesn’t move around too much

I purchased this towel after visiting my local sportchek and seeing the crazy prices of their yoga towels ($60 average). Being new to hot yoga, I wasn't looking to spend a lot for something that I was going to only be using periodically. I came across this towel and it's been so good for my hot yoga sessions! Highly absorbant, aesthetically pleasing, and conveniently comes in a travel case for transportation. Love!
