I do a lot of hot yoga and have had a hard time finding a towel that stays in place. This towel does the trick! It sticks to mat no matter how hot, humid and sweaty. Comfortable, solid and slightly bigger than a typical towel. Highly recommended!

I like to bring my yoga mat when I travel, but I hate putting it down on floors of unknown cleanliness and then rolling to back up on itself. I bought this yoga towel, not to put on top of my yoga mat, but under it. That way my travel mat never touches the floor, only the towel does, and I can fold it back up with the underside touching only the underside, so that the top of the towel that touches the bottom of my mat hasn't touched the floor. It works great for that. The little knobs on the bottom of the towel grip the floor and my mat doesn't slide at all on top of the towel. I was actually looking for a neutral solid colored one that was inexpensive and this fit that bill. I don't know how it would work on top of a mat. It seems pretty thin and cheap. For that I would have chosen a nicer one.

It has a grip on the back and keeps it in place.I do hot yoga and hot fitness classes so I perspire a lot ! This absorbs my sweat and saves my mat. Recommend 👍

I bought this for travel, it is the same size as a yoga mat and washes easily. Great for the floor of a hotel room if you want to do a Yoga workout!

I've had so many different yoga towels and this one is the best I have ever used. The non slip is amazing. I felt so comfortable while taking class.

I've used this towel for both hot yoga and hot yoga sculpt, which has a lot more movement than hot yoga. This towel seems to stay in place for hot yoga sculpt! I don't sweat enough to leave a mark on this towel but purchased this as more of a preventative precaution to maintain my mat during class.

This is a must have item for yogis! I’ve had a few yoga towels, but I really like the designs and the grip dots from this company! I have yet to slip and fall from a hot yoga session. It comes in a convenient towel holder and is extremely light wait. It’s a great value for the price! Would definitely recommend.
