When I opened this I thought the pencils were much larger than what I remember, but then realized that it's actually the same size.. The carrot and Radish tops make the pencil appear much larger.The carrot/radish tops are actually VERY loosely attached to the cap. the cap itself is on snug and tight.It's nice that the tops can be removed if they're too cumbersome or annoying. But I think if people want to keep it on, they are WAAAY too loose and will almost certainly come off and get lost during use.The pencils are still themed with carrot an radish patterns on the pencil (although the radishes are labelled carrot)I also think the slot to swap the refil of the pencil might have been slightly too narrow. The first refil I swapped made a "snap" before going in, and subsequent ones were fine.So I think it either needs to be worn in, or there is a segment of plastic that needs to break off for the size to be correct.

I recently got these adorable carrot stacking pencils for my kids, and they’ve been a big hit! The transparent pencil body with the cute carrot tops instantly grabbed their attention, and they love using them both at home and school. The pencils are really easy to use – no need to sharpen them, just stack the refills when one runs out, and you're good to go.The HB lead writes smoothly, and it’s great for both drawing and writing. Plus, they come with 64 extra refills, which is a lot! I was happy to share a few with their friends too. The bright colors are fun but I don't think these pencils will last longer as the plastic is thin and average quality.Overall, These stacking pencils would make a great gift for any occasion.
