I used only pencil B from the set to draw some sketches. I sharpened it a couple of times, however, after more use, it became obvious that the mine inside the pencil was missing. I hope the other pencils do not have the same defect, unfortunately, I don't know how to check.

Smashed tin. Not the way you expect to receive a tin of pencils.Packed in a light plastic bag not really suitable for a tin on pencils. Poor form.

These are awesome pencils. Be warned they are on the softer side so perfect for shading and blending but not for small details.

A lot of people are saying these are poor quality but as an artist just starting off if you compare them to regular HB pencils (and I know a lot of artists who still use them), these feel a lot better and create smoother lines. I only wish it would include a 9h pencil but beggers can't be choosers lol. I've just ordered a set of derwent pencils as well to compare, so we'll see.. I wish you could order single pencils at a reasonable price, perhaps as an Amazon addon item.
