These are great, and help a lot with comfort. My soles on my sneakers were worn:. I bought these as replacement, best thing ever did. Very comfortable and lasted months. I had even taken them out and washed them with no issues. Great product!

These really soften your step. They fit well, stay in position and don't slide around. They reduce wear on the insides of shoes.

As you can see my son’s shoes are still in good shape but the inside soles wore down very quickly. I thought these inserts were a good price for 2 pairs and so far my son says they are comfortable. They were easy to cut down to size and seem to be sturdy enough to last and they won’t come out when he removes his foot from the shoe.

I go thru a lot of insoles very quickly, as I have high arches and walk my dog 1 hour per day, so my insoles usually take a beating. Initially these insoles do have a nice springy feel to it with the firm foam, and the upper material is not too grippy. There's also an extra raised area at the heel for some extra padding. After about a week of regular use (walking only), the insoles are now starting to wear down (flattening out) a bit at the metatarsals. The heel padding is still as good as new. I usually judge the quality of good insoles by how long it can maintain it's padding without getting packed down. There's no arch support in these, so if you have flat feet or other foot problems and need some arch support, then these insoles are not for you. Overall these are comfy insoles to start with, but they don't seem to last that long and do flatten out quite quickly.
