The camera don't need power cord, just install it in E27 bulb holder for power.
before connecting the camera, please open the power switch,
after connecting succefssfully, plase keep the switch opening, or the camera will be offline.
Motion/Voice Detection
The camera not only support human detection, but support other motion detection, such as car/pet / voice detection and tracking,
when detected any moving object, you will receive the notification on APP.
If can't detection the movement or tracking, please set the detection sensitivity to maximum.

Close to the Router
For faster connection or avoiding offine,
please close to the router and put the product in place with a strong WIFI signal for testing.
lf the installation is far away from the main router, please add a sub-router for it.
Update the APP
APP will be updated regularly to fix problems. If there is a problem of disconnection after using it for a period of time, it is recommended to update the APP and reconnect.
IF scan connecting method didnot work, please use the WIFI AP spot connecting.

HOW TO CONNECT
Step1: Scan the manual's code to download the APP or download the APP on phone store.
Step2: Register and log in to the APP
Step3: reset the camera, after hear the voice, reset successfullly.
Step4: Add device, please scan the QR Code on the device body to add device.
Step5: Select the network(2.4Ghz wifi), enter password.
Step6: use the camera scan the OR Code on phone.
Step7: waiting Configuring network, and connect successfully.
QA: Common Question
1. What should l do if the deviceis unsuccessfully added?
Check whether the WiFi password is correct, and the network can be connected correctly,then RESET the camera, and add it again after completion.
2. What if the display device isoffline?
First confirm whether the power supply and network are normal, and there is no problembefore powering off the camera and restarting it. lf the connection is still disconnected, please contact the seller, the way is that click "store name ", find "ask a QA", choose "other question", your message will forward to the seller.
3. The memory card shows nomemory card or abnormal?
a. The camera does not support hot swapping. When inserting a memory card, it needs tobe powered off. Please restart the camera. b. The memory card is still not recognized afterestarting the camera, please replace with a new card and test again. c. lf the new card isstill not recognized, the card slot may be damaged or the cable is faulty, Contact thesupplier to replace the device.
4. How to download video? WHY false detection?
Click the video area and then click the “+" sign to select the video. The camera not only support human detection, but support other motion detection, such as car/pet / voice detection.
5. What should l do if l cannotreceive the warning message?
Confirm whether the system has turned off the message push permission of iCam365. lf itis turned off, please turn on the "message notification" permission in the phone settingsand check whether the message push is turned off in the device settings.
Alarm messages are stored for up to 7 days.

When the item came in October, the camera worked fine. It was in a sheltered fixture, screwed in socket for power and connected to the app with no issues. We used the memory card for recording not the paid subscription. It worked just as advertised. When the temperature dropped for extended periods of -20C or colder it quit and would not restart. I had a second one. Connected and it ran for two days before quitting permanently. Very disappointing and of course this happened after the return period. This is not a product recommended for any outdoor use where the temperature goes below freezing for any extended period of time. Can't see any other similar product being any different.

Bought this 2-pack of bulbs after a friend had bought some. He had lots of good to say about them so we figured we’d give them a try! Easy to install, picture quality is good and the notifications go right to my phone. We have made several trips away since purchasing them and it’s nice that we can check in on our phones while gone and make sure that everything is ok at home!

Even for someone like me with limited technical expertise, setting up the cameras and connecting them to the central hub was a breeze. Just note, its no waterproof so make sure the camera is placed under a covered area.The best feature is the motion detection technology. The camera mobile movement, allows us to move it in a good angles to capture the bigger picture. I absolutely love these, The most easiest installation and an app is how you use these the yearly and monthly payments are cheap and affordable and the quality of the picture is top notch! Very smart and picks up everything with nothing left to worry about, I highly recommend these!!!

Easy to install. Camera can chase after moving people or objects in the area, and you can set up a specific route to monitor throughout different times of the day. At night, the night vision is clear and the flashlight automatically turns on whenever motion is detected. The flashlight is bright. The audio quality could be better though. It was difficult to understand the instructions being said during the app setup.The app is a bit slow to boot up and load. It takes a little too long to load the camera view and sometimes loses connection with the camera too. You need to restart the app a few times before it reconnects. There is also an ad that plays at the beginning whenever you boot up the app. You can skip it, but when you're rushing to find out the cause of a notification, it's inconvenient to always have to press skip first.EDIT: Bought 2 cameras and 1 of them stopped working after 2 months. No exposure to rain, as it was fully encased in a glass lamp shade and under the roof soffit too. I tried to reboot it, but it wouldn't even power on. The other camera still works though.

UPDATE: I am going to _downgrade_ my review. The cameras still work great - it's the CareCam Pro software that is the problem.Originally you could have the videos recorded to a micro-SD card you pay for and install yourself _OR_ you can pay a $7/month fee to store videos on their cloud server. I chose the former to save money.With the latest software update, you CANNOT view the files stored on the SD card with the app. You might still get an intruder notification, but you have no way to view it on your phone unless you pay the $7 monthly fee for cloud storage. IMHO this is ridiculous!On top of that, the CareCam Pro software is completely over run with intrusive ads with loud obnoxious videos.Horrible!-----My neighborhood has recently seen prowlers stealing items, so I decided to buy some basic security cameras.Pros: 2 cameras for less than $50. Infrared/nightvision is decent. Daytime imagery is good. Faces are recognizable if they are less than 35 feet away. The cameras swivel/turn to follow humans. At night the red infrared LEDs are visible to passersby. When motion is detected at night, the LEDs come on bright enough to light up my carport.Cons: I found the initial setup a bit awkward, but I managed to get them working and reporting to my smartphone in about 15 minutes. If you do not want to pay for monthly cloud storage, you'll need to pop for some micro SD cards.Biggest caveat: even at the low setting, the cameras are very sensitive - they can be triggered by a small bird, a squirrel running across my lawn, or even a slight breeze in the trees. I did not know I had a small bat visiting my car port at night, but now I do. On the other hand, I'd much rather the cameras were too sensitive rather than not sensitive enough.
