Appear to be high quality, but these springs are not a suitable substitute for MTD 932-0611. The extended force is significantly less than the factory original. I think the wire is thinner.

A spring in my small Craftsman snowblower broke. One end was still attached, the other end broken off and just hanging. It took a little bit of time to figure out the spring part number with the owners manual. It took a little bit more time to figure out where the other end attached. The small opening in the sheet metal was covered with debris from 12 years of belt wear. Once you know where that other end goes, its easy to install. It has worked perfect since it was put in. This spring is important, as it stops the blades of the blower, when you disengage them. Without it, the blades keep turning until they stop on their own. Which could be a while and that could be dangerous.

These springs are exact replacements for the part numbers noted. purchased these several years ago and they are still working just fine. My only suggestion is to make sure the holes these springs go into are rust-free. Rusted metal will cause premature failure of any other metal part it comes in contact with.
