A perennial vegetable plant with a height of 20-50 cm, with large leaves that have a mixed taste of onion and garlic. Sowing seeds in the open ground is carried out closer to winter. In spring sowing, seeds require stratification (about 90 days). For landing, you should choose shaded places. Since wild garlic is the first spring greens, it can be collected already in April. Fresh leaves are added to salads, soups, meat and vegetable dishes, dried and crushed herbs harvested for the winter as a seasoning.
