I grow soy beans and other seeds in jars to have fresh sprouts and micro greens on hand. When I received my purchase I was shocked at how few seeds were in the bag. I decided to give them the benifit of the doubt as sometimes it looks like a small amount but once it grows it fills the jar. The seeds sprouted quickly but it became clear I wasn't even going to yield a small handful. Fully grown they didn't even take up 1/4 of the jar. More over they looked nothing like the picture which depicts large, plump sprouts. It wouldn't even be enough to make a stirfry with or an individual salad! I have grown other seeds and I have seen the desired results so I know the growing method is not to blame. I gave a 1 star review because I can't believe a few seeds organic or otherwise are worth 8 dollars......I have since paid the same amount for a 1kg bag elsewhere that could yield 200 times the amount of sprouts.

These are mung bean seeds, not soy bean seeds as the bag and the advert says. If I wanted to make bean sprouts, I could have bought a bag of 500 grams for the same price as these 20 seeds. Very disappointed.

Beans worked good for sprouting. They also worked good for growing good germination rate.

You will only get about 50 viable seeds in this whole pack. Not worth the money at all.
