Had a no charge issue. Factory stator apparently melted. The new one bolted right up and is charging at 14 volts.

This combo worked great and fixed my charging problem on my 24 HP Intek Briggs. I got it all on and put back together and started the mower and it was at a nice 13.9V at the battery. Great price and product so far, has only been on for a few days.The thing that is keeping this from 5 full stars is the bolts. It came with new screws, which are just phillips head. My mower had a 1/4 hex head so I opted to just put those back in, tried screwing them in and it wouldn't go. Thought I was misaligned but it turns out the originals were too big for the hole. Had to hold the spacer and try and get the bolt out since it made the spacer turn inside the stator. I then switched to the bolts provided, even though I wanted to hex head for ease of putting on and removal in the future if they ever got hard to get out again. When I put the first bolt in, it never tightened up. The next one tightened up fine. The 2 after that seemed like they were about to strip when I was tightening them on. Mind you the first never made it down to the lock washer, so it wasn't like I was really tightening these and making them strip.I would buy again but definitely just drill out the holes ever so slightly and use the originals over, if my bolt holes aren't messed up..
