This was a vanity purchase, and was worth it. For best results, leave towel in for entire time (15, 30, 45, or 60 mins; choose one. There was no weird smell. I use large bath towels, and it heats one quite evenly if I set it for 15 mins and leave it. Doesn’t really heat up synthetic fibers very well.

Works great. Heats fast and stays warm (with the lid on) after removing the towel. A bath sheet fits perfectly with room left over. It’s warm all the way through. My issues: It’s too bulky for my bathroom and too far from the outlet. It fits better in the guest bathroom but, not originally purchased for that room. It will be great for winter (especially in colder climates). For versatility, I may move to the family room (in winter for throws).

Aside from using it for our outdoor hot tub and indoor showers/bathtubs, I pop my morning clothes into it every night so they are a tap away for toasty warm when I get dressed. Loving it! A product you'll love.

It was a good size, fits three large towels. Warms towels even with the unit sitting on the deck in freezing Canadian temperatures. Wish it was a bit larger to hold an extra towel or two, but it works great.

This towel warmer has been a game-changer! It's simple, effective, and one of the best purchases I've made in a while. A little tip: you're better off fluffing the towel out and letting it bulk up when you drop it in rather than folding it tightly – it warms much better that way, and the result is luxuriously cozy.It fits up to two oversized towels easily, and the automatic shut-off feature is a nice touch for peace of mind. I've only had it for a couple of months, so I’ll update if I run into any issues, but so far, this works much better than the floor stand models where you have to drape the towel over. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to add a bit of comfort and luxury to their bathroom routine!

This towel warmer is amazing. It’s a great size and has different time settings. It fits full size towels (great for getting out of hot tub and having warm towels) or warm towels after a shower. It would also fit a blanket to stay cozy on a winter day. I am loving it!

We tried the product and have to say that the unit worked well. We bought two new large bath towels and tried warming them up for 15/30/45/60 min. The timer is accurate and the towels are wonderfully warm. That said, we found the bucket too large as it takes up a large enough footprint in our en-suite Bathroom and the cord is just too short to be useful without an extension cord in our case. As well with two towels in the bucket, the very flimsy handle feels that it would snap in half if at all handled roughly. The exterior is all plastic and doesn’t seem very robust with such a large heater drum inside. All in all it’s was great at heating but placement was not convenient due to short cord and we question the longevity of the unit. It does not reflect CSA approval either which is concerning re quality and safety.
