These are excellent perches for smaller birds like budgies - the size is not suitable for bigger birds. They perches arrived in excellent condition - the wood was clean and had no mold or other defects. My budgies like the rough wood to rub their head on, particularly when they are molting. I ordered 4 of these perches and all of them were easy to attach onto the cage - both horizontal and vertical bars. A great price for natural perches.

The other one was really moldy. Even after a good wash and scrub it smells too much of mold to use.
