I really tried to like this monitor but I can not trust it. If zero stars were an option that is what I would have picked.1. Unreliable. Constantly turns off screen, while movement or sound is going on.2. Limited setting. More setting to add in its own white noise versus any setting that would allow for sensitivity to change, an alarm sound, or screen time out.3. Visual is horrible and grainy. The picture quality is that of a early 2000's camera.4. Does not allow a zoom out. This means that no matter where it is placed in a room, you will never get a full shot of the whole room. Constantly having to pan around to find where my toddler might have moved to.5. Two screens/split screen is useless. What is the point of having split screens if the device does not alert or light up when movement is spotted.6. Price seemed reasonable but I would not have paid 10$ for this had I known my child was not actually beinging watched by the device I bought to monitor them.Honestly I tried with this as I needed to have split screen or two separate monitors with a baby on the way but this has a horrible user ability and I will gladly have two separate monitors to save the headache.

Overall, good product.Nice wide screen or split screen if needed.Only cons arethat you cannot have simultaniously 2 cam sound on your monitor. Best it can do is sound every 15sec alternate between the cams.The monitors makes a loud bip when almost out of battery but each 5sec (non stoppable) which is stressful and can wakeup the house.Same goes for if one cam is disconnected.The screen could be darker. But you can close it and keep sound.

We have been using this double monitor for about 9 months (after our 2nd was born.) Previously to this we used a vtech monitor and compared the sound and clear visual it is much better. Also love that you can move this camera around at different angles from the control on the monitor. The reach is great I've walked about 2 houses away just to see and it still had connection. Just recently we switched rooms and have been using toggle mode for sound between both cameras since we stopped room sharing and the battery had taken a noticeable beating (not sure if it was related.) I reached out to customer support and received a new monitor and extra camera within days and it paired with our existing camera no issue. They were polite, efficient and handled things quickly. No issue with the new monitor. I have recommended this to other friends and they love it as well and have also commented on the great customer service. I would definitely buy this brand again!!

My family has used this baby monitor with two cameras for our two little kids for almost 2 years. It was very easy to set up and I love that the cameras can rotate! My only gripe with it (which, in hindsight, makes perfect sense) was that you could only get audio from one camera at a time. We got around this issue by putting a sound-only monitor in one room so we could get audio and visuals from both rooms.After two years, the cameras are still working perfectly. I've only had to reset them once or twice. The monitor itself failed about 3 weeks ago. One day, after turning it on, the video blanked out. It still worked as a sound monitor but there was no picture at all. Keep in mind that this monitor has been through heavy use/some abuse (drops, kids drooling into it, etc) so I wasn't shocked or really upset that it broke after ~2 years. I contacted bonoch to see if I could just purchase another monitor since we didn't need an extra camera. Without any requests on my end they informed me that (after getting some info/video of the issue) they would send us a new monitor, absolutely free. 3 days later and the new monitor arrived! Set up was simple once again and now we're back in business!So we have 0 complaints for the product and are incredibly happy with the customer service!

Update: the company reached out and sent new improved cameras and we haven’t had anymore issues! Great company to deal with!I love how big the screen is and and being able to see both of my kids at the same time. The battery life is great but the night vision is terrible. It’s completely black and I can’t see my kid. I’ve tried moving the monitor around a few times to see if that helps, but it’s still too dark to see him. If you’re looking for a good night vision monitor, I’d keep looking.

We purchased this monitor a few months ago since having our second child. We're really happy with the range (we can sit in the backyard and still have strong signal), the picture quality, and the ability to see one or both kids at the same time, and the large screen is great. Recently, one of our cameras lost the ability to tilt up and down. I reached out to Bonoch customer support, and after answering a few questions, a new camera was sent to me promptly. It was easy to pair with the screen. I was also emailed instructions on how to upgrade the camera. I haven't figured that out yet, but it's working well as is, so I'm not sure if I need to. I have recommended this monitor to friends. Great purchase!

This is a pretty decent monitor/camera set. The image quality during the day is great, the quality in a dark room is a bit more grainy, but it is still clear. Unfortunately in a larger dark room, it does get hard to see anything, it doesn't pick up light further away to see all of the room.setting up was easy, the menu set-up is also easy to understand and navigate.There isn't a true "zoom" function. You have to go through a menu to zoom in, so the distance you set the camera is the distance you will typically see, which isn't a big issue. Same with split screen, you can swap between screens, but have to go through a menu if you want to see split screens.I would buy this again, as the screen is wonderfully large, battery is good, and this is not wifi connected.

We have tried many baby monitors at various price ranges. This unit has been our favorite. Does everything any parent wants without much fuss.Company also has great customer service and continues to provide support after purchase. 5 stars!

Updating my review. I liked the features of the camera but the camera wasn’t functional after a week of use but could’ve been a defect. My return window was closed, however, the seller reached out to me immediately to replace my item. I know I should be writing a review on the product but the customer service was delightful. I don’t think I’ve ever come across anything like this. The communication was effective, clear and solved my issue immediately even on the holidays. They were so kind. I’m grateful to have this device to have a peace of mind when my baby is in another room.

Vorinstallation hat gut funktioniert. Trotzdem wäre eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Papierform hilfreich. Ich war kurz davor, das Gerät zurückschicken, weil ich die Alarmeinstellung nicht abschalten konnte - hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis ich drauf gekommen bin, dass der Raumthermostat den Alarm ausgelöst hat 😅. Hilfreich wäre auch, wenn man die Sensitivität der Raumlautstärke noch empfindlicher einstellen könnte.Die Kamera ist super.Wir hatten vor 20 Jahren Philips Babyphones, die immer sehr schnell defekt waren. Deshalb habe ich mich jetzt für dieses Produkt entschieden. Langzeit Test steht aber noch aus.
