I complained originally about our monitor which went “black” within 6 months of using it. Bonoch reached out to fully refund me and provide a new unit, which has held up very well. Impressed with their ability to take care of their customers and the agent I dealt with was very present.The unit and camera are great quality and very user friendly. I prefer it more than the v-tech unit we also have.

This product was perfect for us since we live in a split level home and need to easily be able to bring the monitor upstairs to our room and downstairs to the baby room. It wraps around multiple times to ensure the device will not move or fall.
