Your cart is empty.The Capri Tools 1/2 in. Drive Shallow Impact Socket Set is a collection of most frequently used 1/2 in. drive shallow impact sockets in metric sizes. We use premium Chrome Molybdenum steel tempered with our proprietary heat treatment process to make these impact sockets and accessories. They are durable and specifically made to withstand high torque from power tools. Each item is expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace, which offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other impact sockets. The 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. Meets and exceeds ASME B107.110 standards.

These sockets are excellent. True to size, durable, and they come in a plastic organizer tray. I bought these as an upgrade from my harbor freight set and was not disappointed. They seem much more true to size than harbor freight’s Pittsburgh branded impact sockets.

I haven't used them yet, but they are beautiful. Look great, Are definitely greased up out of the package. I will.Give a better review in a couple months. When I put them to good use. and again Amazon was extremely quick with there shipping.

I’ve had these sockets for almost 6 months and they’ve held up great. I like the fact that they don’t just have etched numbering in them because that always wears off with daily use. The stamped ones are the only way to go and they are on the little bit of the thick side, but they work in most applications. No skip sizes!

The socket marking do wear off and the square did wear put pretty fast but at that price point it's still pretty good, the stamped size could be bigger so when the paint wears off you could see it easier... other than that it did the trick.

Buy once cry once guy here. over 20 years of automotive and construction experience under my belt.These compare to much more expensive brands and do the job very well. Solid fit and finish. Most of my tools are tool truck brands but some are HF, Husky and Craftsman. These are far better than HF, Husky, Craftsman or the like. Not quite up to say MAC or Snap-On level but a fraction of the price. I have had no issue with the Capri Tools impact sockets yet. Wrapped a couple at over 600 ft-lbs. for long burst and they stayed true and didn't chatter up. Haven't really brought it down on them yet but shouldn't be any issue.

I can't speak to the durability as I've only used them once to change a tire but it fit perfectly and performed well. Nice set. Wish it came with a better "CASE" for the money though.

Bought this to replace a cheaper set of impact sockets I had. They seem well made and really nice that no sizes are skipped
