This system works as advertised. It was pretty simple to install and does a great job holding various tools, such as shovels, rakes and even chainsaws and leaf blowers. The only issue is that although the holes are on 16" centers, once you add the next segment you end up pushing past the next studs. That's a design flaw that should have been addressed. Consider installing a backer board prior to mounting to save yourself a lot of frustration. Don't trust the drywall anchors if you want it to stay secured to the wall.

I bought two of this product to install in two garages, but half of the screws didn't come with the package. I realized this after I had installed the first pack, which I can no longer remove because I don't want to leave too many holes in the garage wall. I really wanted to like this product, but the missing screws disappointed me.

This I the second time I purchase and installed, 1 set in my former home and this latest set, for my new home. The first house I drilled into concrete block and used Tapcon screws. This house I have dry wall in the garage with 24” on center studs. I wanted to butt all four brackets next to each other with no separation so the holes didn’t match the studs. I leveled and marked the brackets, marked them where the studs would be and drilled a top and bottom hole in the wall brackets. The anchors and screws supplied really are not what you want to use in drywall if you don’t hit a stud. I would use TOGGLE BOLTS, if you can’t locate a stud in the wall and you want to butt them together without a space between the brackets. If you don’t care about a space between the brackets, line one of the holes up with the stud and have at it.I wanted mine to be one seamless look so I just drilled the brackets. The brackets are strong, and the hooks supplied are nice and meaty, enough to hold a lot of weight. Using anchors that come with the system, probably won’t stay in the wall as you add weight to it and putting tools on and off over the years. I used the new holes I drilled and anchored to the studs top and bottom of the brackets.I did use 4 of the supplied anchors , one on each corner, because the stud screws are sufficient enough to carry the weight. The anchors are really just in there to keep the corners tight to the dry wall, the studs screws are doing all of the load carrying.Nothing wrong with the product, just mount it properly once and these will last forever. These look good, good price, good design and hold a ton of stuff!

Listed as 16" each, so should be 16 on centre & they are not. Can not put more than 3 rails together before you run out of space. This means you have to spaceout by one stud width to start a new line of 3.Also you will have to crimp the back of the hangers so they hang tight, otherwise they are very loose. Lastly you have to hang everything straight on, otherwise it will pop loose & be careful tightening the screws as you will have to balance out pressure all 4 corners, else you will either kink the metal or have the entire bracket sitting on an angle...

Just received this two pack of garage storage wall mount racking with hooks, and I am not happy that they sent JUNIK hardware with it. One of the screws just stripped screwing into the wall/board and had to damage the back rack just to get it off!!! I ended up having to use my own deck screws to put everything up.I like these units, but not the hardware that came with it, they're cheap.

These racks are very well made. They hold lots of weight. Easily installed. I would recommend installing boards behind them which will make finding studs for the rack a non issue.

So easy to install and use. I appreciated how the brackets do not need to be together. In the picture, it looks like two long brackets, but it is six smaller brackets. I could adjust the height of each bracket depending on what tools were going to go on it. If the brackets were one piece, there would have been a significant amount of vertical storage wasted. These brackets are made of solid metal. I had purchased another brand, and upon opening the package, I immediately reboxed and returned them, for they were made of plastic and poorly designed.
