I had this same item for many years in my car and finally it seemed to wear out magnetically or the liquid suspension got thick or something. I like it so much I bought two this time.

These little compasses are pretty reliable for keeping general direction. I keep them pinned on a few jackets so I can always find my way back to the road. Pin them on and if you forget or lose your good compass, you always have a backup.

Just what I was looking for. A small ball compass that pins on the flight deck as a backup to my phone. Works well and doesn't take up much room on my flight deck. Would buy again, Many thanks.

A good deal. A well-made item that was well-priced and arrived quickly. I got a cord and tied it to my car's rear-view mirror as a car compass. It works well, just make the cord short when you tie it so it doesn't bang against the windshield when you maneuver your car.

Accurate. Will be mounted on my webbed dive glove to keep track of the shoreline. Added a thermometer. Need a depth gauge and a clock to complete my dashboard.

Great price and terrific quality. I adapted this compass by snipping off the pin used to attach to clothes. I then put a small piece of Velcro on the bottom and mounted it on my car’s dash. We just did a 3,700 mile 6-week road trip and the compass worked perfectly. Also should note we live in southwest Florida so the compass is under heat/humidity and still working fine.

Bought two of these in the past and they worked great. This recent purchase is reading opposite directions North for South and West for East. Doesn’t matter how you turn it.
