We have had the Cork Pops Legacy Opener for more than a decade, and these are great COs cartridges for it that last a very, very long time. These are just compressed air cartridges. Nothing fancy about them. They either work or they don't. These were shipped from the US and I checked the US cost which was much less than the exchange rate on the item. I feel we are being taken advantage of with the cost of this item.

With an arthritic left thumb, I cannot easily open wine bottles with corks...the Cork Pop system is perfect for me, works really well on all wines except bubblies. Cartridges last about a year, and we drink a reasonable amount of wine.
