Just completed a bathroom reno, installed this new shower head. The water pressure and heat is not great. I am reading reviews about having to drill out the water saver feature. For the price of this product, I’m disappointed. I wanted to get a trusted brand thinking quality would be better, I’m not convinced.

The images clearly show the included shower valve including the test plug that is not included in the packaging.I ordered this unit before I needed it as I am roughing in the shower. Delta, you should really include that piece, especially since your images show it .

We’ve had ours now for a couple years now, master shower – has worked fine – no leaks, no issues that some others have encountered unfortunately. Water pressure is fine, no issue. With the black matte, you occasionally have to wipe down/off water spots, but that would be typical of any darker colored shower head/handle I’m sure. We like it so much for considering adding this to the other bath for consistency, good experience.

The Delta Faucet Arvo 14 Series Single-Handle Shower Faucet has a sleek, modern design that adds a great touch to my bathroom. The 4-spray options are really nice, offering a variety of settings depending on your preference, and the single-handle control makes it easy to adjust the temperature.However, the water pressure isn’t as strong as I’d hoped. While the spray settings are versatile, the pressure just doesn’t come out with the intensity I was expecting. I had the same issue with some others.....low water pressure and hot water not hot enough. I adjusted the water pressure from my water pump to try to get more pressure, but it didn't work. I took off the shower head and just left the extension tube coming out of the wall.....and water pressure was great. So the problem had to be somewhere in the shower head assembly. I ensured that all of the water holes were clean and unclogged, but that wasn't the issue. I was at the point of throwing the unit away, so I decided to dig a little deeper to find the cause of the problem. What I found was that there is a blue, plastic restriction piece that limits the amount of water that comes out (which is a feature that Delta uses to save water). I had to drill out the center of that blue plastic piece with 1/8" drill bit, and wow, what a difference. Water pressure is like a fire hose now! I may have to turn my water pressure back down because it comes out so strong now.

Love the look. Quality is great. Did not realize that when using wand water still comes out of head could not find way to turn it off when washing the dog in the shower. Would be great for kids in shower or those who have to sit in shower if could just use wand with water not coming out of the head.

***Revised****If you don't want a shower head that looks like the picture posted, I would strongly advise NOT buying this unit. Chipped black Paint on the handle and shower cord. Disgusting how sellers can get away with selling this garbage, at a high cost much less Revision September 22/2024 ***As with many other reviews, the shower pressure on this unit could be much better. The hand held unit especially. We will have to deal with it now that it's installed but I should have done more research and read more reviews. Also, when popping the hand unit back on the shower head it feels like a bit of an awkward fit and not as secure as it should be. Wondering how long this will last when it comes to long term use. Feels like cheap plastic. The hand leaver works very well, that's about it. Aside from the black "paint job" lol

Very nice shower set. My only complaint is the flow restrictor. If used as is, the pressure is very weak. The good folks at Delta actually pressed the flow restrictor in place, so it can't be just pulled out with pliers like days gone by.You can do a couple of things to remedy this....take an x-acto knife and cut through the tiny holes so the center comes out. Or take a 1/2" drill bit and drill the center out. Either way the pressure will be much better.2 stars removed because Delta is trying to force me to have poor water pressure. It should be optional for customers.

Very low pressure nozzle. It's ok if you only use the center part, but not great. The quality of the faucet is good. No issues with quality.

No issues with water pressure. City seems have this rights. Out of the box hot water setting is turned low. Probably to avoid any lawsuits. Easy to adjust to hotter water temp. As another reviewer posted it’s easy to scratch. Use towel when tightening to avoid scratching the black off. Don’t know if it’s the best price but it was exactly what I wanted.

Took a chance on a warehouse deal open box and boy did it ever pay off! We LOVE this shower head for both the looks and the function. I have no issues with the water pressure and was happy to see that the hose was actually metal rather than a rubber tubing designed to look metal. It has many different spray options and it's completely adjustable. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

Nice looking and the hose feels like decent quality however the finish on the paint scratched off easily during installation.
