Although many people know or expect this, the cartridge is included.Havent installed it yet but it does seem like a genuine Delta product to me. Here's a picture for you all of what's in the box, because I don't think the listing explicitly states that the cartridge is included (although, they usually are).

This is a great product and looks amazing in our new guest bathroom. The water pressure is terrific with some easy modifications. Use an auld to make a small whole and it will feel great.
