Bought these for my golf shoes, they’re comfy and were easy to trim to my size however were too thick and made my shoes feel too tight!

I put them in my shoes and used them for one day then took them out. For me, it was a waste, these were very uncomfortable and felt like I was walking on pavement as if nothing extra was in my shoes.

I've always been hesitant with insoles but decided to finally try these out...I'm never going back. After just a few days at work I already saw a decrease in my back pain and stiffness. I highly recommend this product even if you don't have a sore back, legs, or knees. Definitely works!
