I recently tried out Dr. Scholl's® All-Purpose Sport & Fitness Comfort Insoles, attracted by their very low price compared to other brands on the market. Unfortunately, my experience with them was mixed.Comfort and Support:Initially, these insoles provided a decent level of comfort and support. They fit well into my sneakers and offered a noticeable improvement in cushioning during workouts and runs. For someone looking for a quick and inexpensive upgrade to their footwear, these seemed like a good option.Durability and Quality:However, the quality of the insoles became a significant concern over time. After a few weeks of regular use, I noticed the insoles began to disintegrate. The top layer started peeling off, and the cushioning material underneath began to break down, leading to a decrease in comfort and support. For a product designed for sports and fitness, this lack of durability is quite disappointing.Value for Money:While the initial low cost was appealing, the short lifespan of the insoles makes them less economical in the long run. Having to replace them frequently negates the initial savings, especially if you're someone who exercises regularly.Pros:- Very inexpensive- Initially comfortable and supportive- Fits well in most athletic shoesCons:- Poor durability; starts disintegrating with time- Decreased comfort and support as they wear out- Not suitable for long-term useIn conclusion, the Sport & Fitness Insoles offer a budget-friendly solution for temporary use, but their questionable quality and lack of durability make them a less ideal choice for serious athletes or anyone looking for long-lasting insoles. I got these somewhat because the shoes were half a size too big. They have a lot of height to them and corrected the issue. However, they aren’t ideal for every shoe. If “the shoe fits” I found their “Air Pillo” works better.

The arch support is a bit odd that it's away from my heel and supporting more the front of my arch. I am a size 9.5 mens and it felt like it was for a much larger foot and heel. It's not unbearable by any means, but I would probably try the women's version next time. For now it's pretty comfortable after about 1 month of use - the more I wear them the less I notice it.
