Bought this DC to DC charger for one of my Camper Van builds. Took awhile for me to do the install and I am not happy with the product or the non-existent customer service. Due to my install being delayed the return window is closed so I'm stuck with this piece of junk. I have made 5 calls to the customer service line, each time getting voice mail and NO return call. Back to Renogy products for me.Update. I finally got some resolution from this. After many attempts the company did reach out and set things straight. They issued a refund for this item so I will change my 1 star rating to a 3 and will consider trying them again.

Received it in November , installed it in the spring , led goes on when I start my motor , but no output tension ! Nothing . Useless going to the garbage , tried to contact echoworthy on customer service e-mail but the link on there internet site is wrong .

Not much to say. Setup is easy. Works on its own afterwards. Install also easy, nicely labeled. A solid product

I tested this out in a Ford Transit on a three day trip to the Ontario/Manitoba border and it charged my 105 Ah Li battery to power my small fridge with no issues.I am not 100% convinced it puts out the power rates stated but since it works for my set-up I don’t complain. Just something be aware of.The battery type setting does not reset when power is removed which is handy. I wish I could override the “charge only when motor is on” but for most this is a good feature.No issues with temperature and though I have solar charging set up I haven’t been using it since I installed this.Overall this is a decent charger and it’s worked well for me during test road trip with my Transit van for work. There are better quality options out there but this is good value with all considering.
