The Eufy Cam E330 delivers crisp 4K video with smooth pan/tilt tracking, eliminating blind spots. I have an expensive wired NVR POE camera system with 24 cameras around my house. At first I bought the indoor Eufy cameras to be able to watch the dog while at work. Then I replaced our Ring camera with a Eufy doorbell. Then I replaced a defective door lock with a Eufy lock. I got a $100 Amazon gift card incentive from work, so I decided to try an outdoor Eufy camera. It’s amazing. The clarity is outstanding! Options and settings, AI detection, Handoff etc. all excellent.The only downside to Eufy, is the way they allow access to a desktop browser. You have to activate it from the phone app and it’s only good for a short period of time. If there was a desktop application that could display the camera feeds full time, I’d consider these cameras over my wired POE system.

This is a GREAT camera! Sharp video day or night (I use black and white). The 24/7 recording feature is great - AI recognition with homebase is the best I've used so far. I have an outbuilding with CAT 5 running to it with a wifi acces point in the building. I can install this camera in the building, connect to the wifi and the Homebase unit recognizes this camera! I wish all their cameras worked this way!

This camera is a great addition to my home security system. I already have the HomeBase 3 and two other cameras, and I wanted to add one more to cover my backyard. The installation was very easy, and the camera connected to the HomeBase 3 without any issues. The camera is very durable and weatherproof, and it has a long power cable that I can plug into an outdoor outlet.The camera has amazing video quality, with 4K resolution and color night vision. I can see everything clearly, even in the dark. The camera also has smart features, like dual motion detection, package detection, and human detection. It can recognize faces and tell me if someone is a stranger or a family member. It also has cross-camera tracking, which means it can join videos of the same person or event across multiple cameras. This makes it easier to review the footage and see what happened.The camera works with the eufy Security app, which is very user-friendly and intuitive. I can watch live video, playback recorded videos, adjust settings, and receive notifications on my phone. The camera also works with Alexa and Google Assistant, so I can use voice commands to control it. The camera stores the videos locally on the HomeBase 3, so I don’t have to pay any monthly fees or worry about privacy.I gave it 5 stars because it is the perfect camera for me. It is easy to use and works flawlessly. It is worth the money. It makes my backyard more secure and convenient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their home security with a 4K camera.

using this with my home-base setup, I wanted a camera that simply records 24/7 to my home-base regardless of movement detection. This it succeeds at very well.The way to download video that isn't associated with a detection isn't obvious at first however you literally have to hit the record button while watching the video part then stop recording manually. It's not intuitive and would ideally have the ability to export based upon a user inputting timedate info as well.Motion detection specifically with human only mode is adequate but still needs more improvement.overall I am very happy with the cam.

An ok product. There should a better way to re-synch the camera with the homebase. After cable being laid and camera installed on a high wall, it's annoying that you need to bring the homebase within a 1 meter range to the camera. I have to bring a long power cable, climb up the ladder in order to re-synch. Extremely inconvenient as I was in a period of upgrading my home and wifi network. Re-synching all the cameras is a pain in the neck. The design assumes that you can always bring your cameras home and synch them inside your house. That's not always the case.Moreover, there should be a recording indicator showing that the camera is in 7/24 mode. When you have like 4 cameras it's difficult to tell which camera is currently in 7/24 mode or motion fired mode. There's should be a blinking red indicator in the App showing the mode of recording.Activity zones are never accurate. Our neighbor walking outside the defined activity zone will trigger the the motion detection like 100%. This makes it difficult to set the cameras in Away mode, as alarm sounds from all the cameras at once simply because your neighbor is walking by.

La cámara funciona perfectamente, graba en buena calidad y funciona con la HomeBase 3 (modelo S380) de la marca, la cual me parece es totalmente necesaria para este modelo. Realmente funciona bien PERO es necesario que al configurarla, le demos unos minutos después de conectarla y que comience a trabajar para que se actualice el firmware, sino lo actualizamos, al momento de desconectarla para ir a conectarla a su lugar donde quedará fija... es posible que no vuelva a conectar con la Base... sin embargo si damos la oportunidad de que actualice, este error parece que se corrige. El equipo funciona bastante bien solo hay que dejar que actualice y listo, no volverá a dar problemas aparentemente.

J' été enthousiaste de recevoir enfin des cameras wifi qui enregistre 24/7 . les alertes de mouvement durant la journée sont très bonnes. À ma grande surprise , dès que la nuit tombe , elles deviennent obsolètes .Il faut absolument passé devant elles , sauter et leur dires "coco c'est moi". quand ,je rentre la nuit avec la voiture, j'arrive quasiment devant elle , ni elle voit la voiture , ni elle me voit moi même. Pour m'assurer que ce n'était pas un problème de la caméra elle-même , j'ai installer une 2ème camera , juste au dessus , orienté de la même manière. TOUJOURS ,le même problème "AUCUNE ALERTE".La nuit dernières, une déneigeuse est passé déneiger mon allée.AUCUNE NOTIFICATION. c'est votre sécurité la nuit est importante , C'est à ÉVITER. De plus la nuit ,elle enregistre qu'en noir et blanc, même si toutes vous lumières sont allumées, sauf quand , elles se déclenchent pour alertes . Eufy ,les appellent , des cameras PROFESSIONNELLES . Peut être un peu vraie durant la journée, mais à la tombé de de la nuit , elles deviennent des NON PROFESSIONNELLES. C'est vraiment dommage.

I purchased 4 different eufycams. all others are 5star satisfied. only this E330 was horrible. it went offline first-time one week after installation. then I grabbed a ladder get it back delete it from homebase app and reconnected it. After a week it went off line again. so I did the same thing to re connect it. After Oct 15 2023 it updated firmware, it went offline everymorning. I contacted their technical support but still could not solve problems. every time it went off line I have to get it back from 3 meters height place and make it close to homebase to reconnect then installed it back. it's really painful. refundedupdated after one month:I returned and bought a new one. now I am very happy with the new one. It has never gone offline again. no glitches any more. it works as I expected. only small disadvantage is the power cable should be longer.
