Great sounds. Haven't had a chance to use it much yet. One negative is that no power cord came with it.

I have no problem recommending this product. It's not perfect but it does the job. I've been a Fishman fan for a long time and started out with the early version of the Aura. They know how to create a nice UST/acoustic guitar tone at loud but pleasing levels. Ultimately this takes your guitar and makes it louder and smoother put retains the natural sound. On the 'pros' side the EQ Compression and Boost are worth the price. The preamp does a nice job to give the guitar that sparkle. The effects are simple and a little goes a long way. The output runs to the house mixer with no discernible hum. There is no real learning curve as you can pretty much take it out of the box and dial in a nice tone almost immediately. On the con side the effects are grouped with "time" and "envelope" grouped together rather than individual tweakable effects. This means you have to select either reverb or delay. Also the input and output on the back should be on the back rather than the sides. But it's a minor annoyance as for my purposes as I default to a little delay and tremolo to give the sound a little atmosphere. The buttons are nicely spaced so you can hit it on stage on fly no problem. I do recommend getting the barefoot buttons to make it more foot friendly. But with all that I play high end acoustic Martin/Gibson guitar all the time. This unit is not designed to create over the top crazy effects. The bang for the buck is when you just want to get a little smoothness, some minimal compression to the acoustic guitar with the ability to pop in some gain for a lead solo. And actually it looks cool.

I am running my Martin D-28 (with a fishman pickup) through this rig and it’s the best I’ve heard as far as amplified acoustic guitars. So worth the money for anyone who plays out or just fiddles at home. Love this thing.

It’s very difficult to find a fault the Tonedeq - its excellent effects and first-rate modelling are all wrapped up splendidly in a tough and attractive casing - but in order to give a fair and balanced review I have to point out the one unnecessary irritating feature. While the boost switch itself is sturdy and easily accessible on top of the unit, the tiny boost level knob is tucked away on the side and requires vice-like fingers to adjust, which makes it practically impossible to make adjustments mid-gig. That said, if such things don’t bother you (or even if they do), I think you would be hard pressed to find a better acoustic effects unit anywhere. It’s certainly the best I’ve ever had.

The reverb, compression and eq portions are especially great. Versatile. Sounds great with my LR Baggs M1 soundhole pickup.A little bulky. Also eats batteries; count on having to use an external power supply.14 months after purchasing, the chorus quit working altogether. Stepping on the "chorus" button kills the signal altogether. Now for me, the is no huge deal as I loathe chorus and actually having a "kill" switch is useful. But I bet most people would be pretty upset spending this kind of money for a product that stops working properly juuuuust beyond the 12 month warranty period.

I was running my acoustic guitar through an Marshall amp DI out. I was trying to see how I could go directly to the PA.i found several and after doing some research I choose the Fishman. It does all is says and more. it is intuitive, except that the volume only controls the out to an am not the XLR out put. no big deal. The effects are awesome, clearly made with acoustic in mind. the boost works excellent and can be pre determined that's awesome. i have no complaints of the product or how it works. it was on time and in excellent condition when i received it. if i could say one wish list item it would be a integral tuner with auto mute. But that is certainly not a complaint or a deal breaker.

It's seriously not worth 235 quid. Output is mostly glitches that any cheap variable harmonizer pedal could do much better even on bass. The effect it's after is better done with the boss octave pedal. This just adds a couple of extra notes and tracks incredibly badly unless you play perfectly and quietly like a tiny scared mouse. The point is to fill in guitars so you WILL be playing hard - but when you do this thing's tracking goes to hell. It is remarkably unimpressive. I thought it might also be useful for writing purposes ie glitches done on purpose if you play a bit off the note - no, nothing that comes out of this pedal is pleasant in any way and £235 is about 235 times what it's worth on the few occasions it does work correctly - sounds like something's wrong with your bass. I'm not sure the harmonies it adds are actually in tune anyway. Utterly awful and I am perplexed as to why and how this got made. Oh and the 1st octave above is always on. Why? I don't want that.Returned to GAK.Refunded. Don't buy this - it's WAAAY overpriced and doesn't work very well at all.GAK themselves are fantastic. Bought a Traben Chaos 5 string Bass (first lot into UK) from them at a mad price. Bought other things too over internet. GAK are great. This pedal is f***ing awful.Having looked at the other reviews here I wonder if mine was faulty. I've been playing bass for 30 years.
