I ordered these drums for our young child with autism. She likes to tap on different surfaces to make noise and I wanted something other than the hallway and doors for her to focus on. These are a great size, light, and make just enough sound to keep her attention but not drive the rest of the house crazy. They have held up to being hit, thrown, and laid on. I definitely recommend them!
