The original spring loaded connectors had seen better days with half broken off. I was able to install these connectors and directly feed short jumpers to the control board via extra internal connection points. The old connectors were simply removed at the same time.

The holes could be bigger so you could fit like 10 or 8 gauge wire in them better also it's hard to get your fingers in there and tighten down

I used these on a sub box I built for 2 12" subwoofers that included LED lights inside the box. I hooked one terminal up to the subs and the second terminal up to the LEDs and they worked great! The padding on the back of the terminal cups were enough to keep the box sealed.

I used these on the base of speaker stands as terminal points for the speaker wires, which run up through the stands.This allows me to quickly disconnect the speakers/stands to re-position them, for cleaning the floor or to experiment with finding the best spot for speaker performance.Very pleased with the purchase.Cheers!
