I've had this towel for literally 5 years now and am finally leaving a review as I just came to buy my second! I go to yoga 3x a week and use this every single time. If you do hot yoga (or just get really sweaty) and want to stop sliding around on your yoga mat in down dog - get this towel. It has the perfect anti-slip grip that sticks to the mat and doesn't slide all over the place when you move.

Great mat! A bit larger than standard yoga mat size so it overlaps. But it stays sturdy.

It’s not comfortable. It makes my skin itch a bit - so I’ve been grabbing it less and less often. Still on the search for a comfortable towel for my yoga mat.

Love this towel designed for Hot Yoga! My hands and feet do not slip, and it grips very well to my yoga mat. The size is also perfect, and I really like how the non-slip latex is woven into the underside of the towel. It is soft and comfortable to lay on, and transition through poses. I highly recommend this product! Very fast shipping too.

I don't know about you but I want my yoga towel to do the following things:1 - Not slide around on my yoga mat2 - Be comfortable to the touch of my skin3 - Be absorbent4 - Be neutral looking (no crazy color, pattern etc...)This towel does all 4. With regards to sliding around, I find I have to sprinkle water around my foot area as the moisture helps with the grip. The issue there isn't about the towel slipping around on the mat. It's my feet sliding back as I do downward dog. The non slip side decreases the chances of the towel moving however keep in mind the following. No amount of anything will prevent a towel from moving around if you drag your feet or slide yourself along the surface. I lift my hands and feet when doing yoga and this towel will stay put better than my other towel from another supplier that doesn't have the non stick coating. This is my second towel I've purchased from this company so I'm not having to do laundry as frequently. I've washed the first one around 20 times now and there's a slight fading of color as compared to the new one I just received. I like the non stick coating and it is still intact.In short, I'm happy enough with this product that I bought a second one to use. My first one still works fine. I recommend this if you're looking to try out a new mat.

I take hot yin yoga classes that are extremely sweaty and we hold poses for minutes on end. I have always used a Turkish towel on my mat as I find it is great at absorbing all the sweat and It doesn't slide around. I saw others in my classes using these towels and I thought I would give it a try. While the towel may have grip to the mat ... the microfiber takes away all grip from your hands and feet and makes it impossible to hold poses. The thin cotton Turkish towels I use have enough grit to them so my hands don't slide. This was a total waste of money for me.

I've used the towel for vinyasa yoga, and it's been great. I like having the towel on top of my mat because I can throw the towel in the wash afterwards and have a totally clean surface to use the next time. (I spray the may down, too, but I just feel better having an extra barrier between me and public floors.)The non-slip bottom works well, no problems, and the teal color is gorgeous. I bought a plain grey mat because it was cheaper than the prettier designs, but having the towel over it makes my yoga space more beautiful.The length is perfect for my extra long mat.
