Ayant une jambe légèrement plus courte que l’autre, je m’en sers comme compensation dans toutes mes chaussures du pied gauche. Je peux donc en mettre dans plusieurs chaussures à la fois.

4 identical wedges.The shape is good with a consistent slope and a slightly raised rear lip. The sides are angled in to wedge itself into shoes.The top (foot side) surface is a textured cloth. The sides are a grippy rubber.The wedge is solid rubber which is soft and supportive. This offers more shock absorption than other designs.The bottom surface is a thin layer of clear silicone with a shallow honey-comb section.There is a plastic film to remove to expose the slightly sticky bottom surface, but it not really sticky with adhesive.This may not prevent the wedges from moving around in the shoe.The wedges are also not stackable like some other wedge designs, so you are stuck with only the fixed height.

It gave me a pain in my higher leg after 5 minutes ok walking. I don’t recommend it it will be painful untill you take it off.

While I'm a former marathon runner, I got this mainly to true up a slight difference in my leg lengths. Initially I tried the 1" size, but found it a bit too much. The .6" size was just right. It definitely makes runs or long hikes more comfortable and hopefully over time it will slightly realign my hips and spine.

Im amazed with this product! I instantly grew more than an inch! I got the tallest height and walked in them all day, very comfortable and I feel so tall and pretty. Love these, definitely worth it to all my shorter people! I’m 5’2 and grew to be 5’4 instantly.
