Snapped 3 with fusions settings… verified feeds and speeds with little machine shop calculator… snapped the rest with the settings halved and dialing spindle speed by ear.The longest they lasted was about 30s in sheet al and 3s in 6061 plate.I have .8mm 1mm 1/8 1/4 bits from other companies and only broke a few if any. Never an entire set in under 1 minute

These are great little bits. I used them to cut some thin aluminum and they zipped right through it. I also used them to shred my finger. That was completely my fault and is a story for another day, but they do quite well cutting human flesh.

Was tired of ruining $40 amana bits cause I'm clueless so I figured at 1.50 a pop, why not try these. I've been really gentle with feeds and speed, but they've been doing a stellar job regardless. Haven't snapped a single one yet. Recommend.

Used them for cutting a 1.6mm piece of aluminum. Without lubricant, running at about 12000 RPM, one broke after about 5-10 minutes. With cutting fluid (Tapmatic Natural, because it's not hazardous waste...), the first one lasted about an hour (at 275mm/min, cutting .35mm deep). The second one finished off the project like a champ. They're really great little router bits.
