I wasn't sure when I got this... And when I received it, it look small, but even if I'm 6'5", it fit my butt perfectly, and I used it to do some stretch close to the floor. The inside material feel really good and I'm really comfortable on it. I use it for multiple things. It good quality build as well. I haven't need to clean it yet, so I'm not sure if I can just pull a bag from inside and put the rest into a washer... I will update when I need to do it !

This yoga cushion is great for mediation. I like that I’m close to the floor so I can still sit comfortably but I’m also able to stand up after without much difficulty. Sitting on the floor is a no-go for me now so this cushion works like a charm. It’s small enough that I can tuck it away when not in use but substantial enough that my big ole butt can fit on it. Overall, I’m very happy with it.
