Here we have the Soulpaner kids memory foam shoe insert insoles up for review. They fit true to size. I took the 22cm and they fit my daughter’s size 2 shoes without having to trim them at all. The memory foam is soft and comfortable. It’s perfect for when you buy a shoe a bit big for your child so it can last just a little bit longer. These insoles fit the bill and helped fill the gap and made them fit snug until her feet grow into the shoes where we will be able to remove the insole. It’s her first time ever using an insole and was blown away by the comfort. They are breathable and don’t make her feet sweat. Perfect for running shoes. The heel support is nice as well because it supports her heel and is great for running as it absorbs the shock from the ground. I’m happy with these insoles and would definitely purchase them again.

I lost my winter insoles for my Blundstones and I was looking for an inexpensive temporary solution. When this pair came, I was surprised it was stitched, I thought it was going to be glued like other cheaper options. I think it's good value for the money, fit my Blunnies well. It gave enough support so it is still comfortable. I don't know if it's real but for the price, it's comfortable and warm for winter months.
