My mom said she loves it and she just had to trim it a bit to fit. It doesn’t slid and is the perfect height for her. She uses them as her one leg is a big shorter than the other due to hip replacement surgery.

I suffer with heel pain every now n then as my job requires me to be on my feet most of the times.These heel pads not only provide my heels with soft padding but also give me an inch of height.However the pics are misleading, you only get one pair not 3

These height increasing insoles are truly a surprise. Initially, I was skeptical about how comfortable they would be and whether they would provide a noticeable height increase without looking awkward. However, after using them for a few days, I'm impressed.The memory foam material isn’t incredibly soft, but they fit snugly inside my shoes without feeling bulky or causing any discomfort. They are sturdy and have maintained their shape after almost a week of wear. Plus, the breathable design helps prevent my feet from getting too hot and sweaty.I ordered the 2.5cm half pads, and while the difference may not be dramatic, it's definitely noticeable. I do recommend this product.

The insoles are absolute garbage. They are about 2 inches wide so they rock back and fourth inside of any shoe. I wear a size 11 and my toes hung off the end over half an inch on top of the fact they are barely 2” wide. Waste of money.
