I bought one of these brake lights and it looks great. But it doesn't fit my 05 well at all. Had to cut off one of the plastic pegs and shave down the other one to fit. In the end I got it to fit and I like it, but its definitely not perfect.

Does stay on for a bit after the door is shut but goes off. I suspect that to be from the lack of resistance from the led vs halogen bulb. Interior lights do that too with led conversion on an 05 dodge Cummins. Others need to test their body control module. Could be failing or short somewhere. Overall had to drill out the cab to make roof for plastic studs. Sealed with caulk. Nice light. Perfect blacked out for what I wanted

It fit in my 2008 Laramie just fine. I did not need to drill the holes bigger or remove the mounting tabs as some of the reviews stated. It looks badass and works good. The white LED's are not aimed at the bed as the factory ones are, but I dont really care. I wanted the black to match the taillights and it worked perfect.

Light looks great. Wish the cargo light and brake were switched, with the white being on bottom it only lights up the tail end of the bed. Centering tabs are a tad wide but a small drill bit fixed it.

The product is good, only the illuminating (white) are not directly in the bed, but it gives bright light
