This works great. In just 15 minutes the towels are toasty warm. Great to step out of the hot tub and wrap up in warm towels.

Keeps your towels mildly warm for a mediocre after shower feeling. Set it on the highest but it was barely warm. It is however, better than having a cold towel after a nice hot steam or sauna. Wish it had a warmer setting. It has a weird smell it to which won't go away.

Doesn't heat towel evenly or that warm. Better off spending more on something that will actually make the towels warm

Timer was in a difficult position. Needed to hold the cannister with one hand while pressing the on-button. The 15-minute cycle barely warmed the towel on the outside. The portions of the towel that were not in direct contact with the heated walls were lukewarm at best. The towels never felt dry as when removing them from a dryer, most likely because this unit does not have a tumbling function. Finally, the bathroom always had a burnt fabric smell, even when the lowest timer setting (15 minutes) was chosen. Very disappointed.

Hi have been using this towel warmer every day and it is amazing. A nice warm towel after your shower feels great. Pros it heats up fast, easy to use and install. The only major Con is that when you first use it there is a very bad burning plastic smell that will take a while to burn off. I think it’s some sort of coating on the metal. What I did to lessen the smell was put some wash scent booster on the bottom to help it smell better. All in all a very good product.

This towel warmer is simple, effective, and a wonderful addition to any bathroom. The 15 minute cycle ensures that towels are beautifully warm when you step out of the shower or bath. I have purchased 2 more units for family and friends. Highly recommend this.
