They started out very useful. After a few uses the magnets came off/ apart . Now there is no way to use them. Junk, waste of money

The magnets work well to keep the wind guards in place and I've not had issues with them coming off even when the griddle is scorching hot. Even though this comes with 4 pieces, it only covers 3 sides - one on each side, then two pieces for the back due to the grease catch. I understand fire needs oxygen, but I would have liked a front piece(s) in case of swirling winds that go every which way. Either way, I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase especially considering the price.

On 6/10/2023 purchased a 28" Weber Gas Griddle. At the time, failed to order Wind Guards. We have an open back yard that is extremely windy. Went back to Amazon. We were unsuccessful in finding the wind guards for the 28" Weber Griddle. We called Weber Manufacturing and to our surprise discovered that they have yet to manufacture wind guards for the 28" Griddle. Went back to Amazon hoping we could find one that would fit the 28" griddle. Again unsuccessful. Decided to purchase the wind guards for a 36" Blackstone griddle. To our surprise, we were able to use the 36" wind guards!
